At Oddities Unlimited, we value your satisfaction and aim to make returns as smooth as possible.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of collectible items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or incorrect. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@oddities.co.za.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

6. No Refunds On:

• Mystery boxes

• Sale or clearance items

• Pre-orders (unless delayed beyond 30 days without communication)
